Ocean Mia’s Seaside Precinct within reach for hopefuls
The Town of Cambridge’s prestigious Ocean Mia development on the Boulevard continues to spark interest in the Perth property market.
The latest release of lots in Ocean Mia’s Seaside Precinct will offer homebuyers the opportunity to secure a homesite close to the city and some of Perth’s most pristine beaches.
The seven new lots being made available in the Seaside Precinct release will range in size from 238sqm to 414sqm with prices beginning from a low $595,000.
Town of Cambridge Mayor Simon Withers said with the economic downturn, now is a great time to buy land.
“Homebuyers are currently in a very good situation to get into the City Beach area for under $600,000.”
Ocean Mia will offer modern, beautifully designed family homes and gardens as well as two groups of units and townhouses creating a mix of housing styles and catering for a range of residents.
“The Council is selling the remaining lots in the Seaside Precinct to enable that neighbourhood to be completed, an important step in developing this new Ocean Mia community. Those who have already purchased in this precinct are already beginning to build their dream homes.
The Cityside Precinct lots will not be offered for sale until the property market cycle recovers, to maximise the return for its ratepayers,” added Mayor Withers.
Located on the corner of The Boulevard and Kalinda Drive in City Beach, the Ocean Mia subdivision is close to both the beach and the city. It backs onto Bold Park and is in the vicinity of the local shopping centre, the Wembley Golf Course and Bold Park Pool and several other established facilities.
